These Terms of Use apply to the apps, websites and related services (the “Services”) provided by MYTHICMIND PTE. LTD. (UEN 202608359G), a Singapore company (“Mythicmind”, “we”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

本使用条款适用于新加坡公司 MYTHICMIND PTE. LTD.（UEN 202608359G，下称「Mythicmind」或「我们」）提供的应用、网站及相关服务（下称「服务」）。使用服务即表示你同意本条款。如不同意，请不要使用服务。

You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse them — for example by breaking the law, interfering with the Services, trying to access them in ways we have not allowed, or using them to harm others. If an app offers an account, keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

你可以将服务用于个人、非商业目的。你同意不滥用服务，例如违反法律、干扰服务运行、以未经允许的方式访问服务，或利用服务伤害他人。如应用提供账户，请妥善保管登录信息；你须对账户下的活动负责。

Our apps provide general information, some of it generated by AI. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. It is not legal, immigration, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Rules, fees and deadlines change: check official sources or a qualified professional before making important decisions.

我们的应用提供一般信息，其中部分由 AI 生成，可能不完整、过时或有误。这些信息不构成法律、移民、财务、税务、医疗或其他专业建议。规定、费用和期限会变化：做重要决定前，请核对官方信息或咨询合资格的专业人士。

Paid features and subscriptions are sold through the app store you downloaded the app from, and the store’s terms apply to billing, renewals and refunds. For apps downloaded from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless an app says otherwise. Prices are shown before you buy.

付费功能和订阅通过你下载应用的应用商店销售，计费、续订和退款适用该商店的条款。从 Apple App Store 下载的应用，除非应用另有说明，还适用 Apple 的标准《许可应用最终用户许可协议》。购买前会显示价格。

The Services, including their design, text, graphics and software, belong to Mythicmind or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

服务（包括其设计、文字、图像和软件）归 Mythicmind 或我们的许可方所有。你提交的内容仍归你所有。你允许我们仅在为你提供服务所需的范围内处理这些内容，具体见我们的隐私政策。

The Services may link to or rely on websites and services run by others, including government sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

服务可能链接或依赖他人运营的网站和服务，包括政府网站。我们不对其内容或做法负责。

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information from the Services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

服务按「现状」和「现有」提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不保证服务不中断、无错误或适合特定用途，也不对间接或后果性损失、或你依据服务信息所作的决定承担责任。本条款不限制依照新加坡法律不得限制的任何责任。

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering a Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

你可以随时停止使用服务。如你违反本条款，或我们停止提供某项服务，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。在合理情况下，我们会事先通知。

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

我们可能更新本条款，新版本会在本页发布并注明新的生效日期。变更后继续使用服务，即表示你接受更新后的条款。
